What better accompaniment to celebrations this year? Made in exactly the same way as Champagne and from the same grape varieties, but from Kent in England. It is packed full of red berry fruit and has lots of refreshing, delicate fizz. Perhaps it's climate change, but the last 10 years have transformed English wines making them a great choice. The vineyard is located near Tenterden and is ideally suited to growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Balfour gives the big names in Champagne a real challenge. In a very well presented bottle!
Characteristically pale and elegant with soft delicate red fruit flavours leading to a crisp dry and focused finish. Look for pleasantly balanced wild stawberry and raspberry flavours. Suitable for the very best of occasions!
