Chateau St Baillon Rosé Reserve

Chateau St Baillon Rosé Reserve du Chateau, to give it its full name. (Baillon is pronounced "Bay-on"). Sometimes the term 'Reserve' can be used loosely, but not in this case. This is a very good AOC Cotes de Provence Rosé expertly blended. It is vinified using the saignée method and is an excellent addition to our range of Provencal wines. It is served in very good restaurants throughout the South of France and is appreciated by locals and visitors alike.
A classic Provencal Rosé blended from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, beautifully pale pink in colour with a refined nose of strawberry and cherry. An abundance of flavoursome red fruit on the palate, well balanced and fresh. Marvellous on its own or with Chicken, Salmon, Salads and light French cuisine.
