Last case! A great value Vin de Pays des Maures from a family vineyard near Vidauban in Provence. This is a good example of a quite "typical" Provencal wine as enjoyed by locals. An expertly chosen blend of Cinsault, Ugni Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan provides a pale, clean, crisp and dry Rosé. It's a lovely easy drinking or summer barbeque choice!
A pale pink colour, there's zesty pink grapefruit and raspberry aromas on the nose. A dry, citrusy palate moving to a hint of strawberry in the long finish. Refreshing, good for drinking on its own and ideal with BBQ's, salads and pizza slices!
