Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Information:
Please note, we offer free next Day Delivery when you spend over £250 (for UK postcodes only).
All our wines are sold in cases of 6 with the exception of half bottles which are sold in cases of 12 and cans which are sold in cases of 12. Magnums will be sold in cases of 3.
Deliveries to UK:
Orders with a value of over £250 are delivered free of charge. All other deliveries will incur a delivery charge of £12.50.
Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 2.00pm are usually delivered Next Day.
Orders placed on Friday before 2.00pm will usually be delivered on the following Monday.
Next day delivery excludes weekends unless you've selected Saturday delivery.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Where a delivery surcharge applies, our website will automatically add this at the checkout.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel an order where a delivery surcharge should apply to a delivery address but has not been charged.
Receiving your delivery:
Our couriers may require a signature on delivery to ensure goods are received safely and securely. Goods may only be signed for by persons over the age of 18, if you appear to be under 18, they may ask for ID. If a suitable ID is not provided, they may refuse to deliver. Goods can be left unsigned for but this must be specified when placing your order with instructions of where to leave the goods and this is at your own risk.
Returns Policy:
We aim to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If however there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will deal with it as quickly and efficiently as we can.
For any damaged bottles, please contact us to arrange a return. We will replace any damaged bottles free of charge with the same wine or an alternative on agreement.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order you may do so within seven days of receipt. Please contact us to confirm cancelation. You will need to repackage the goods in the original packaging and send to the address below:

Goods must be received in the original, unopened condition. The cost of any damaged goods will be deducted from the refund and all postage and courier charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
