Refund policy
We aim to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If however there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will deal with it as quickly and efficiently as we can.
For any damaged bottles, please contact us to arrange a return. We will replace any damaged bottles free of charge with the same wine or an alternative on agreement.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order you may do so within seven days of receipt. Please contact us to confirm cancelation. You will need to repackage the goods in the original packaging and send to the address below;

Goods must be received in the original, unopened condition. The cost of any damaged goods will be deducted from the refund and all postage and courier charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
