Maison Saint AIX is one of the largest domains in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. The grapes from both old and young vines produce a wonderful pale, salmon pink rosé wine.
AIX Rosé has a delicate freshness with sophisticated notes of red fruits, peach and subtle floral hints. There is a roundness on the palate with a beautiful aromatic depth, before finding freshness and some minerality in its long and precise finish.
