The wine is a very pale pink with fresh mango and melon punctuated by notes of lemon on the nose. The freshness develops through to the palate with citrus aromas around a resolutely mineral core before ending with a subtly persistent finish.
It is a great wine to have alongside the vibrant salads that are the epitome of summer.
