Hip Rosé 2021 is made from Pinot noir grapes grown at Off the Line Vineyard in East Sussex and vinified at the on-site winery. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks with lees stirring.
2021 was a low yielding year which produced some high quality grapes.

The wine is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Winemaker’s notes: This super pale, dry rosé is Provencal in style. Linear, it yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a rounded finish.
